Welcome to the launch of our brand new Dandy poster – Project vs Product Organization in a Nutshell!
This poster came to life based on common misunderstandings we have seen in organizations starting on the journey to become more product centric and outcome oriented. We hope that the poster can bring light to these patterns and support valuable dialoges around them.
The team behind the poster; Elinor Lange, Frank Olsen and Mia Kolmodin will guide you through the different topics step by step. It will be a mix of theory and stories from real life.
It will also be time for interactions in smaller groups where you are invited to share experiences and discuss these topics with the other participants.
