Your future Assignments
You will be working with Dandy Peoples growing client base of some of Swedens biggest companies within Retail, Finance, Telecom, MedTech, Aid Organizations – and more, supporting leadership teams to enable Agility and innovation across the organization. You will lead the strategic work, as well as working hands on, assessing the current state and creating strategies fit for the client on how to improve – or disrupt their way of working and organizing, and working side by side with the client to make it a reality. Many times you will work with a team of other Dandys coaching, training and mentoring within Agile practices from team level up to leadership level aiming to create a learning culture.
You will build tailored training programs for the customer, train the trainer, and make sure the organization is capable of improving and sustain Agility when you leave your assignment. You might have more than one assignment at a time, and you will be free to set up open Agile trainings and seminars at Dandy People HQ as well as present at conferences.

Minimum Requirements
- Living and practicing Agile practices and values
- Social skills
- Ability to listen, ask the right questions and watch to detect the true problem and see Agile Anti-patterns
- Worked an Agile Coach for about 10 years (experience and abilities are more important than number of years)
- Work experience from 4 or more companies or organisations
- Documented work experience on Enterprise Level
- Certifications and education relevant to your competence
- Trainer and facilitator – planning and facilitating custom made experience-based trainings and workshops
- Working with and supporting business, development and IT
- Organizational Development Capabilities
- Team Coaching Capabilities
- Scrum Master
- Agile Leadership Capabilities
- Agile Change Management Capabilities
- Scaled Agile (alternative “frameworks”)
You have experience in some of the following:
- Agile Product Development
- Innovation in Agile context
- Lean UX
- Design Thinking
- Design Sprints
- Agile HR
- Beyond Budgeting
- Professional Coach
