Our central workshop and training facilities that inspires to creativity and growth
In the center of Stockholm you find our creative space of 100 sqm designed for Agile workshops, trainings, seminars, meetups and other activities to support fun and energizing work and growth.
The space is named Las Vegas, because what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
The Las Vegas space is divided into two big rooms with a wall, but no doors in between. That is why both areas are always used by the same group at all times. One part, the SOCIAL SPACE, of about 50 sqm is designed with comfy sofas and chairs for about 20 people. And on the other side of the wall is the WORKSHOP SPACE. This space is dedicated for workshops, trainings and seminars and it is an open space about 50 sqm with flexible furniture to fit any purpose.

The workshop space
Here we can host up to 20 ppl seated in smaller groups with tables of 4-5 ppl, or 25 people in a ring or theater seating. We have tables that seat 2 that can be put together in different setups to support the needs of the trainer and group.

- 1-2 Whiteboard on wheels – walls are plain to be used to put up posters or sticky notes.
- Large TV/Screen with possibility for screen mirroring, and adapter for Mac and PC – on wheels
- Clicker
- Timer
- Speakers, wireless and connection via bluetooth
- 2 flip charts on wheels
The social space
3 big sofas and comfy chairs are in the sofa area that can seat aprox 20 people.
The outdoor space
We also have a beautiful outdoor yard in the back too that is available for guests. In the summer lunch and fika can be served in the backyard, but you can also use our picnic blankets and go to the park in Humlegården.
A HLR machine is available and we have trained people in the facility.
Our hostess takes care of you
We also have a wonderful hostess that service our guests and support the trainers and facilitators setting up the room and any food and drinks needed. Her name is RoseMarie Andersson and she supports with breakfast, fika and lunch for those who want that. Coffee, tea and water is always available in the room for the participants.
Find your way to the space
There is a small lift for 2 people. Please let us know if you need any assistance.
Use the dial-up by the front door to call us and we will open the door for our guests.
The closest subway is Östermalmstorg (5 min from T-centralen).
Parking can be done on the streets above our office, or in one of the garages.
This is a beautiful part of Stockholm city center with many excellent hotels, restaurants, shops and bars close by.

Since we are an agency with professional facilitators and coaches we also offer any kind of facilitation for our customers. It can be regular meeting facilitation or workshops within design thinking or any kind of strategy work with a leadership team or any other team or group.
Price list
Room rates
The space is 100 sqm space in total.
50 sqm as a workshop/training space + 50 sqm with sofas.
As a guest in our space you rent the full space.
1200 kr/h, minimum 4 hours booking.
Service rates
Coffee, tea and water is always available in the room for the participants.
Fresh fruits, candy and nuts – 400 SEK/Day
Breakfast – 100 SEK/person
(sandwich, yogurt and granola etc)
Fika 100 SEK/person
(smoothie OR a cinnamon bun, cookies and cold soft drinks)
Lunch can be booked at any nearby restaurants. We have a collaboration with Kung Carl if you would like our support to book. We can also order up salads or equal type of food. If so it will be invoiced at self service cost.
Please always let us know if you have any guests or participants that need a special type of food. Let us know if you have other ideas we will do our best to accommodate.
