Johan Westerlund is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach with over 15 years of specialization in Agile and Lean principles across enterprises, organizations, programs, and teams. With a background in software development, leadership, and professional coaching, he has built a strong foundation for successfully leading agile transformations at every level – from individuals and teams to entire organizations and enterprises.
His experience spans both large technology companies such as Ericsson and Scania, as well as mid-sized, customer- and market-driven organizations including Dustin, Ving, and Vattenfall. By working closely with clients, he has developed team structures and operating models that foster customer-focused, people-oriented, and efficient product organizations.

Personal
With three sons soon to leave our home in Nacka, Stockholm, there is more time to cultivate my own interests – staying in town after work, developing small technical gadgets in the workshop, building houses/gardens, boating in the archipelago, socializing with friends, and being with Anna – my companion for almost 30 years.
