During this interactive session you will get a unique opportunity to meet and share experiences with peers where we will facilitate peer-to-peer conversations for you to actively share and listen in to experiences and learn from each other. We will facilitate the conversations in groups of a maximum of 20 people.
Questions you might discuss, if prioritized:
- How do you move back to a product-led approach if it has once been there but a more project oriented approach has been enforced?
- How can you enable self organizing product teams, or is it just a fancy theory?
- How do you get the C-suite on board in the change?
- What’s the role of a line- engineering manager in a change like this?
- What in your experience are the most important things to focus on first in transitioning from a Project Oriented WoW and mindset to a Product Centric one?
- What in your experience are ways to show “early success” to get more people on board in moving towards a product-led approach?
- What are your experiences in moving from a Budget-Led organization to a more Product-Led?
