See it as food for thought for you to have valuable discussions, to challenge status quo and create a common vision for your leadership and processes within IT that helps you reach your goals.

VIDEOS

We learned from our previous buddy issue that you all seem to like videos, so here we have compiled a batch of videos that we hope you will find interesting. The total time if you’d like to watch them all at once is 33 min.

1. Statoil – Introduction to the 12 Beyond Budgeting Principles (2:41 min) (with option to watch all 12 videos on the principles if you like)

This is the first video in a series of 13 shorter videos about the principles beyond beyond Budgeting. Continue to watch the principles by just keep the video rolling.  These principles contain both the leadership part – and the processes of how you run the company. These principles are very similar to Agile principles and are based on the same values. This is most times the secret sauce to get the business value from working agile.
