A 2-hour informal session featuring a C-level leader from one of our customers, a key leader in a successful transformation. The leader will share insights on moving from a siloed structure to a customer-focused team model and discuss the resulting organizational impact.

Interim Manager to Lead the Change
We recommend an interim manager from our sister company Moderna Ledare with validated leadership and relevant previous experience to join your leadership team, providing on-the-ground support throughout the transformation journey. A Moderna Ledare brings valuable experience in driving change, involving stakeholders, and communicating effectively.
The Interim Manager will:
- Lead the transformation alongside your leadership team.
- Create the bandwidth needed for management to drive the change at the beginning
- Offer insights on best practices, share real-life examples, and support material preparation.
- Help avoid common pitfalls based on experience at for example Avanza or other companies, facilitating a faster and smoother transformation.
