15+ year (2009) of specialization in Agile and Lean thinking/principles for enterprise, organization, programs, projects, and teams. With a software development background, years as manager and a professional coach education I have a solid ground to succeed in agile transformations and agile coaching for everything from individuals to systems (teams, organizations, enterprises).
I have a history of collaborating with clients to find team-structures and operating models supporting a strong customer-driven, people-oriented, efficient product organization.
To make business and organizations succeed with agile, it needs tailor made coaching and craftsmanship – I concider myself as an experienced craftsman, treating every situation as unique, finding solutions, and making agile systems work.
A guiding philosophy is to build and evolve every organization and company into a self-going, sustainable and successful place.
Personal
With three sons soon to leave our home in Nacka, Stockholm, there is more time to cultivate my own interests – staying in town after work, developing small technical gadgets in the workshop, building houses/gardens, boating in the archipelago, socializing with friends, and being with Anna – my companion for almost 30 years.
