As an Agile Coach, I have guided many different organizations within different domains to start their journey and to become Agile. By doing so I have built up a vast toolbox and an understanding of what is needed when and how to adapt processes and tools for different contexts.
Overall I have a genuine interest in what awesome teams, at any part of an organization, can accomplish – as a team. I believe in autonomy as a motivating factor but it needs to be at weight with alignment. How we work and collaborate is just as important as technical excellence to deliver value.
I truly believe that success comes from the fruitful relationships with the people you’re surrounded with. My goal is to help my team(s) understand “the problem to solve” and to ensure the chosen solution truly solves that problem, whilst bringing about the intended benefits.
My passion is to help people and teams and the organizations to continuously improve, by using scaling principles in a Modern Agile way.
