I executed the strategic agenda and lead the program planning and delivery throughout the organization and ensure the realization of values established in the business case(s). Successfully built and lead the global change management capability, ensuring that change managers and necessary stakeholders are trained and able to execute as needed. Improved reporting to the executive team, enabling them to better prioritize global initiatives. Responsible for the transformation of the waterfall-based delivery model into an adoptive agile delivery model.

Head of IT Project Management Office @ Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology – 2017 – 2019

As responsible for the global Project Management Office my focus included all SMRT internal deliveries, as well as divestment initiatives, relates to IT. I ensured timely and accurate reporting to the BU executive committee for strategic prioritizing of global initiatives. Implementation of new IT operational model, from silo delivery to a more team and customer-centric delivery approach.

Global Head of Project Management Office @ Transcom2015 – 2017

I improved the portfolio & project capabilities, templates, and processes, to match the global demand. Successfully lead the global project management office with staff, contributing to the success of the project and program delivery and business value of Transcom strategic initiatives. Improvement of reporting to ensure timely and accurate reporting to the executive committee for strategic prioritizing of global initiatives. Continuously built the global capability, ensured resourcing of high-class project managers, and change management capabilities.

Service Area Lead and Management Consultant @ Acando2014 – 2015

I acquired new client engagements and managed engagement as a program or change manager with global clients, focusing on transformation & change management. I consolidated and developed the new Go-To-Market and client offering portfolio for the Transformation & Change team after the merger between Acando and Connecta. I built and owned the Acando center of excellence focused on the transformation and change capability.

Project Delivery Leader @ Aspen Global Incorporated (freelance)2013 – 2014

I designed and implemented the IT PMO, including portfolio & project tools, templates, processes, and training in connection to it. Lead the quality assurance and IT validation team with an increased focus on business applications, information delivery, and IT infrastructure.

Project and Director, Head of Project Management Office @ SkySparc2010 – 2013

I designed and implemented the PMO with a focus on global deliveries and business development, improved client success through a stronger focus on quality before speed. I was the account manager for our largest client in Europe and acquisition of new clients on a global basis. I acted as senior client advisor and or program manager for our largest and or most complex client programs. Line manager with a high retention rate, and responsible for the development of the fintech consultants and project managers.
